We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients post-sale.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
